Design Process

Each project is unique.  It should  combine function with asceticism. It should also be true to the period.  We recognize that every project has a budget.  We have assisted our  clients with these tough choices for over 25 years. We take pride in the fact the we have streamlined the design process.  Here's how we do it: 

• Review the clients needs

• Review materials assembled by the client that demonstrate their goals

• Provide the client with design(s) that can be easily reviewed on any computer or PDA

• Make changes to the design proposals and produce final sets for review

• Produce Construction Documents for approval

• Submit CD's to local jurisdiction for review

• Provide bids sets for construction management
