Your construction documents will be based on your design input. We will base the floor plan on the parameters that you set.
OUR PHILOSPHY. YOU ARE OUR MOST IMPORTANT CLIENT.
We believe the owner should maintain control of the design process. You will make final determnations allowed by Code that fit your property. You should be able to make important decisions that serve your vision. Our goal is to represent your choice with regard to the design and budget. These goals will be reflected in the Construction Documents. While we believe in a strong team concept, it is important that these roles remain mutually exclusive.

Located in West Linn, OR, Fields Creek Design Group LLC is a small design firm that takes pride in giving attention to detail. Your architectural design is our concern. We can offer you the attention your plans deserve. We welcome all opportunities to assist you from small interior renovation to large upscale homes. Our current thrust focuses on house plans implementing high performance best practices saving you energy and money over time. We have inserted a link to the US Green Building Council. We are dedicated to “green building” and value engineering. We offer a unique selection of Accessory Dwelling Unit plans (ADU's) that are suited to the individual working from home and needing a separate work space. These range in style and design from simple garages with work spaces to two story models with plumbing facilities. There is also a wide array of residential plan styles to choose from.
